HKDC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HKDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,097 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HKDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA4, GDA, and GCNT3. Each is linked with HKDC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HKDC1-to-partner and partner-to-HKDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HKDC1 versus SERPINA4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HKDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HKDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
