HJURP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HJURP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,368 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HJURP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF622_S143, TOP2A_S1106, and TOP2A_S1247. Each is linked with HJURP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HJURP-to-partner and partner-to-HJURP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HJURP versus ZNF622_S143 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HJURP→partner) and Y-score (partner→HJURP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
