HIVEP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIVEP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 630 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIVEP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HEXIM2, BCDIN3D, and CST3. Each is linked with HIVEP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIVEP3-to-partner and partner-to-HIVEP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HEXIM2 grouped by HIVEP3-low versus HIVEP3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIVEP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIVEP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
