HIRIP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIRIP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,086 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIRIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1224, TRAJ53, and GSTA6P. Each is linked with HIRIP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIRIP3-to-partner and partner-to-HIRIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1224 grouped by HIRIP3-low versus HIRIP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIRIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIRIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
