Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIRA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,434 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HIRA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, SUPT16H, and TRMT2A. Each is linked with HIRA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIRA-to-partner and partner-to-HIRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HIRA versus SSRP1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
