HIP1R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIP1R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,020 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIP1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC19, RPS6KA1, and SCO1. Each is linked with HIP1R in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIP1R-to-partner and partner-to-HIP1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTC19 grouped by HIP1R-low versus HIP1R-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIP1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIP1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
