Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIP1R RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,579 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HIP1R-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of clathrin coat assembly, Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, and Regulation of gastric acid secretion. Each is linked with HIP1R in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIP1R-to-partner and partner-to-HIP1R results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of clathrin coat assembly grouped by HIP1R-low versus HIP1R-high in URINARY_TRACT.
