HIP1R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIP1R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 596 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIP1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3, PRSS58, and ST13. Each is linked with HIP1R in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIP1R-to-partner and partner-to-HIP1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L3 grouped by HIP1R-low versus HIP1R-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIP1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIP1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
