HINT2P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HINT2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,244 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HINT2P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, APBB1, and TNS1. Each is linked with HINT2P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HINT2P1-to-partner and partner-to-HINT2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HINT2P1 versus HDGFL3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HINT2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HINT2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
