The most reproducible HIGD1AP12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein quality control for misfolded or incompletely synthesized proteins, Protein modification by small protein removal, and Positive regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with HIGD1AP12 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIGD1AP12-to-partner and partner-to-HIGD1AP12 results are reported.
