HIF1AP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIF1AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,595 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIF1AP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNTTIP1, YLPM1, and MTA1. Each is linked with HIF1AP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIF1AP1-to-partner and partner-to-HIF1AP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HIF1AP1 versus DNTTIP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIF1AP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIF1AP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
