Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HIF1AP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HIF1AP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher HIF1AP1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HIF1AP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and UCEC show a favorable association.

READ, KICH, and ACC are the cancer types where HIF1AP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
