Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIF1AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,943 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIF1AP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule-based process, Glycerolipid biosynthetic process, and Nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with HIF1AP1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIF1AP1-to-partner and partner-to-HIF1AP1 results are reported.
