HIF1AN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIF1AN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,132 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIF1AN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRYD7P1, SNORD114-14, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with HIF1AN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIF1AN-to-partner and partner-to-HIF1AN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPRYD7P1 grouped by HIF1AN-low versus HIF1AN-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIF1AN→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIF1AN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
