HIC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,035 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNL1, ENO2, and KIF20A. Each is linked with HIC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIC2-to-partner and partner-to-HIC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNL1 grouped by HIC2-low versus HIC2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
