HIC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, MEK1, and CD49b. Each is linked with HIC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIC2-to-partner and partner-to-HIC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by HIC2-low versus HIC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
