HIC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,867 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRKL, DGCR8, and ZNF74. Each is linked with HIC2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIC2-to-partner and partner-to-HIC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HIC2 versus CRKL in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
