HHIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HHIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,612 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HHIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN4, HEG1, and HIC1_S237. Each is linked with HHIP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HHIP-to-partner and partner-to-HHIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HHIP versus SEPTIN4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HHIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→HHIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
