HGH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HGH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HGH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP405, SNORD113-8, and USP9YP6. Each is linked with HGH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HGH1-to-partner and partner-to-HGH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP405 grouped by HGH1-low versus HGH1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HGH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HGH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
