USP9YP6 expression is associated with patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LGG. Additionally, USP9YP6 RNA expression shows 466 significant mutation-linked associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LGG, and STAD as cancer lineages where USP9YP6 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
