HEXD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEXD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,482 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEXD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRTO4, PGBD4, and CDCA2. Each is linked with HEXD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEXD-to-partner and partner-to-HEXD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRTO4 grouped by HEXD-low versus HEXD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEXD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEXD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
