HEXD-IT1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEXD-IT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,864 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEXD-IT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARL1, VEZF1, and TXNDC9. Each is linked with HEXD-IT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEXD-IT1-to-partner and partner-to-HEXD-IT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEXD-IT1 versus ARL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
