HERPUD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERPUD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,878 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERPUD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN8, NUDCD3, and PURB. Each is linked with HERPUD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERPUD2-to-partner and partner-to-HERPUD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HERPUD2 versus SEPTIN8 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERPUD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERPUD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
