Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERPUD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,392 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERPUD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RP9, ORC1, and DYRK4. Each is linked with HERPUD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERPUD2-to-partner and partner-to-HERPUD2 results are reported.
