HERPUD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERPUD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,930 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERPUD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6M2P, RPS12P24, and RNU6-718P. Each is linked with HERPUD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERPUD2-to-partner and partner-to-HERPUD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6M2P grouped by HERPUD2-low versus HERPUD2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERPUD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERPUD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
