HERPUD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERPUD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERPUD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR, ERK2, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with HERPUD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERPUD2-to-partner and partner-to-HERPUD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR grouped by HERPUD2-low versus HERPUD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERPUD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERPUD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
