Across TCGA cell cohorts, HERPUD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,301 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERPUD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ER-nucleus signaling pathway, Positive regulation of exosomal secretion, and Endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response. Each is linked with HERPUD2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERPUD2-to-partner and partner-to-HERPUD2 results are reported.
