HERC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,055 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-961P, RN7SL248P, and C8orf89. Each is linked with HERC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC3-to-partner and partner-to-HERC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-961P grouped by HERC3-low versus HERC3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
