HERC2P2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERC2P2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,362 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERC2P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A3P1, MIR4510, and CGB2. Each is linked with HERC2P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC2P2-to-partner and partner-to-HERC2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A3P1 grouped by HERC2P2-low versus HERC2P2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERC2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERC2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
