HEPN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEPN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEPN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are URGCP-MRPS24, RNU6-363P, and RNU6-992P. Each is linked with HEPN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEPN1-to-partner and partner-to-HEPN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEPN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEPN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
