HENMT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HENMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 627 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HENMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL22P14, RNU6-502P, and PEX5L-AS2. Each is linked with HENMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HENMT1-to-partner and partner-to-HENMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL22P14 grouped by HENMT1-low versus HENMT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HENMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HENMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
