HEMK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEMK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,912 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEMK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QRICH1, VEZF1, and UBA3. Each is linked with HEMK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEMK1-to-partner and partner-to-HEMK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEMK1 versus QRICH1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEMK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEMK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
