Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEMK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,701 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEMK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRIPT, MICALL1, and AMMECR1. Each is linked with HEMK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEMK1-to-partner and partner-to-HEMK1 results are reported.
