HEMK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEMK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEMK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Src_pY527, eIF4G, and FoxM1. Each is linked with HEMK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEMK1-to-partner and partner-to-HEMK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Src_pY527 grouped by HEMK1-low versus HEMK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEMK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEMK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
