HECW1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HECW1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 790 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HECW1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACBD5, LRTM1, and IQCF5. Each is linked with HECW1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HECW1-to-partner and partner-to-HECW1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACBD5 grouped by HECW1-low versus HECW1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HECW1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HECW1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
