Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEBP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,048 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERINC1, CAB39L, and SESN1. Each is linked with HEBP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEBP2-to-partner and partner-to-HEBP2 results are reported.
