Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HEBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIAL4F, SEPTIN14P19, and RN7SL134P. Each is linked with HEBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEBP2-to-partner and partner-to-HEBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPIAL4F grouped by HEBP2-low versus HEBP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
