The most reproducible HEBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Myosin-IIa, and Rab25. Each is linked with HEBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEBP2-to-partner and partner-to-HEBP2 results are reported.
