HEBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,980 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPS8, CMAS, and PLEKHA5. Each is linked with HEBP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEBP1-to-partner and partner-to-HEBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEBP1 versus EPS8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
