Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,575 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR7P1, CDC20, and ORC1. Each is linked with HEBP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEBP1-to-partner and partner-to-HEBP1 results are reported.
