HEBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,131 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO1P52, MIR328, and NICN2P. Each is linked with HEBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEBP1-to-partner and partner-to-HEBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO1P52 grouped by HEBP1-low versus HEBP1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
