Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEATR6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,599 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HEATR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUTF2P3, RN7SL495P, and CRYBB2P1. Each is linked with HEATR6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEATR6-to-partner and partner-to-HEATR6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUTF2P3 grouped by HEATR6-low versus HEATR6-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEATR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEATR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
