Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HEATR6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HEATR6 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher HEATR6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HEATR6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and ESCA show a favorable association.

STAD, LIHC, and KIRC are the cancer types where HEATR6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
