HEATR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEATR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,584 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEATR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAMD4P4, LYPLA2P3, and RNU6-525P. Each is linked with HEATR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEATR3-to-partner and partner-to-HEATR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRAMD4P4 grouped by HEATR3-low versus HEATR3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEATR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEATR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
