Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDHD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,812 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HDHD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPCS2P2, RNA5SP516, and TOMM22P5. Each is linked with HDHD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDHD5-to-partner and partner-to-HDHD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPCS2P2 grouped by HDHD5-low versus HDHD5-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDHD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDHD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
