HDDC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDDC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROP1, SNRPGP17, and HMGB1P50. Each is linked with HDDC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDDC3-to-partner and partner-to-HDDC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
