HDAC9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDAC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,677 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, CHM, and SGTB. Each is linked with HDAC9 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC9-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HDAC9 versus ATM in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
