HDAC9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDAC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,666 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDAC9_S451, WDR1, and TLN1. Each is linked with HDAC9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC9-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HDAC9 versus HDAC9_S451 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
