Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDAC9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 815 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HDAC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are HEXIM2, GPATCH8, and PAXIP1-DT. Each is linked with HDAC9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC9-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HDAC9 versus HEXIM2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
