HDAC9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDAC9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, STAT3_pY705, and p38-MAPK. Each is linked with HDAC9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC9-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by HDAC9-low versus HDAC9-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
